Ages 16+ 500m swim - 20km bike - 5km run
Ages 14 - 15 400m swim - 10km bike - 4km run
Ages 12 - 13 300m swim - 10km bike - 3km run
Ages 10 - 11 200m swim - 4.5km bike - 2km run
Ages 8 - 9 100m swim - 4.5km bike - 1km run
Ages 6 - 7 50m swim - 1km bike - 500m run
Under 6 25m swim - 500m bike - 250m run
